Technical description

  • To automatically melt, temper and pour chocolate into moulds.

  • Type 30 kg or 60 kg content are available.

  • Vibrating table is standard.

  • Machine completely made of stainless steel, slightly pearled.

  • Tempering via water-cooled spindle, and built-in cooling unit.

  • Very accurate temperature monitoring (PT100 quality).

  • Settings via simple multi-color and multilingual PLC screen.

  • Telephone adjustment of parameters is possible!

  • Height 1460 mm, front 940/1140 mm, depth 730/870 mm.

  • Electric version 3ph+PE 50/60 Hz.

  • With CE documentation in English.

  • Various options are available:

    • Different dosing heads QUICKFILL to fill moulds, same types for both machines.

    • Combination with adjustable mould scraper, uniform for both machines.

    • Combination with enrober belt of 18 cm and 28 cm respectively.

    • Or additional truffle top 18/28 cm and truffle table 90 or 150 cm.
